Annual Income Tax Return For Corporation, Partnership and Other Non-Individual Taxpayer Subject Only to REGULAR Income Tax Rate
This return shall be filed by Corporation, Partnership and other Non-Individual Taxpayer Subject Only to REGULAR Income Tax Rate of 25% or 20% (For corporations with net taxable income not exceeding Five Million Pesos (P 5,000,000) AND total assets not exceeding One Hundred Million (100,000,000), excluding the land on which the particular business entity’s office, plant and equipment are situated).
